All bead blasting offered by us is to a hygienic finish. This service is available both at our factory, and at clients' sites by prior arrangement.
On site' installations
All 'on site' project installations are carried out by our mobile site teams, experienced in their discipline and CCNSG qualified.
Welding certification and procedures available for stainless steel and duplex materials, with stick and spot welding facilities also available. It is standard at this company to use a purging gas when welding stainless steel.

All CONSAF handrails specifically designed for safety at work have undergone independent tests, showing it conforms to BS6180:1982 table 2, together with having Design Council approval.
Hygienic tanks, pressure & vacuum vessels are all custom made to BSEN 288 standard, including weld procedures by BSN287-1 coded welders. We also manufacture pressure and vacuum vessels to BS5500 including pressure testing, third party inspection and full certification.

BSSA British Stainless Steel Association
We are proud to be long-standing members of the British Stainless Steel Association [BSSA], which exists to promote and develop the manufacture and use of stainless steel in the interest of its members.
A specific aim of the BSSA is to increase per capita usage of stainless steel in the U.K. to the level of other European countries, notably Italy and Germany, working in partnership with a number of other associations with similar interests, both nationally and internationally.
